We want you to love our products! If you’re not satisfied, please read our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
- You may return unused and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original packaging, or there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit (must be reported within 48 hours with video proof).
2. Refunds
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping is free on every order, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return a product and place a new order.
4. How to initiate a return
Email us at contact@lymko.in or contact.lymko@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective). You can also use our contact page.
5. Non-returnable items
- Used or opened products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Free samples or promotional items
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting support.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
