How long does delivery take?
Orders typically dispatch within 1–6 business days, and delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are shared once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting our support. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure online payments via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards and similar methods — plus Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
Which products suit my skin type?
Most Lymkō formulas are listed as suitable for all skin types — check each product page. Use the routine finder to get a routine for your concern.
In what order should I apply the products?
Cleanse → serum → moisturizer → SPF 50 (morning). At night skip sunscreen. Use Retinol at night and always wear SPF the next day.
Can I use Vitamin C and Niacinamide together?
Both can be part of the same routine. If you’re new to actives, introduce one at a time and patch-test first.
Are Lymkō products paraben and sulphate free?
Yes — our formulas are paraben free, sulphate free, cruelty free and made without harmful chemicals.
Should I patch-test?
Yes. Individual results vary; always patch-test before full application.
Can I return a product?
Unused, sealed products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with video proof.
How are refunds paid?
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges — you can return a product and place a new order.
